Warranty

The purchase law applies to all purchases of goods. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty on all our products. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount in price depending on the specific situation. You must submit a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. Goods must always be returned in the correct packaging.
